Younes Bendjima (born May 5, 1993) is a model based out of Los Angeles, California. He has modeled for top fashion brands and publications including Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Vogue Arabia, Missoni, Hermès, and Givenchy among others. Younes Bendjima was born in Algeria. Growing up he worked in his father's restaurant and started training to be a boxer at the age of 11. Younes Bendjima said boxing taught him about respect, hard work, punctuality, and how to stay healthy. ^{[13] [5] [13]}

Younes often visits his mother who lives in Paris, France. Younes is trilingual, he is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. ^{[5] [13]}

Younes Bendjima has dated reality television star, Kourtney Kardashian since October 2016. The couple met during Paris Fashion Week right before Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in her hotel room. Younes had previously dated fellow model, Jourdan Dunn. ^{[6] [5]}

Prior to dating Kourtney, Younes Bendjima was friends with many friends of the Kardashian family.

He was a close friend of Sofia Richie who later dated Scott Disick, who is Kourtney's former boyfriend and the father of her three kids. Younes is friends with Rita Ora who had dated Rob Kardashian and Justin Bieber who once had a fling with Kourtney. ^{[7] [12]}

Kourtney Kardashian discussed how she met Younes Bendjima in a November 2017 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The pair initially met in Paris, during last October's Paris Fashion Week. "We walked into a bar, and Stephanie [Shepard, Kim's personal assistant at the time ] was across from me and she kept going, 'This guy is cute over here.'" Kardashian recalled. "He was friends with our friends. He would like walk in, shake hands with and say hi to our security or whatever, but not say hi to us. And then I was like, 'Why do you hate us?' she recalled to Khloe. "I was just drunk. Once I said that, he literally grabbed my hand and was like, 'It is five in the morning, we're leaving.'"^[6]

The burgeoning romance took a turn the following night, however.

"The next night, Younes was like, 'Bring your ass here,'" Kourtney said.

Then, she received the news that her sister Kim had been robbed at gunpoint at their nearby apartment.

"When we walked into that club is when we went to the bathroom and got the phone call about Kim," she said.

"So then... the party was over."

Younes supported Kourtney and the Kardashian family during the aftermath of the robbery.

He served as translator between the Kardashians and the Parisian police as they investigated the robbery. ^[6]

Since they started dating, the couple have been spotted travelling the world together.

In May 2017 they went back to Paris for the Cannes Film Festival, and in August, Younes took Kourtney to Egypt. In October 2017, around their one year anniversary the couple dressed up as Bonnie & Clyde for Halloween. In April 2018, Younes, Kourtney, and her three children went on a vacation to Turks and Caicos. At the end of the month, the couple celebrated Kourtney's birthday by renting an Airstream trailer on the Pacific coast in Malibu, California. In May 2018, Kourtney surprised Younes with a trip to a location along the Colorado River to celebrate his birthday. According to TMZ, Kardashian and Bendjima randomly ran into each other at a café in Los Angeles. Bendjima was already in line when Kardashian approached with her friends to give a friendly hello.^[48]

On April 18, 2019, Younes attended Kourtney Kardashian’s 40th Birthday Party.^[40] The pair were seen again in October when the Daily Mail published photos of the former couple holding hands in Los Angeles.^[49]

In December 2019, Younes was spotted with Kourtney Kardashian at LIV in Miami Beach.^[47]

Bendjima also celebrated Kourtney Kardashian's son, Reign Disick's 5th birthday. On his Instagram Story, he wished the "lil prince" a happy birthday and, according to a snap he posted, it looks like he gifted Reign Disick a pair of sneakers.^[53]

According to E! News, Kardashian invited him to her Christmas Eve party.^[53]

In September 2018, Mario Herrera, a security guard, was seeking $5.35 million in damages against Bendjima after he alleged the model assaulted and battered him at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival after he refused to let him enter a restroom with Kourtney Kardashian. Herrera claimed that sent Younes into a rage, causing him to pick Herrera up, slam him against a wall and shout expletives. The lawsuit claimed Herrera’s injuries were so bad, he had to be treated at a hospital – he was suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast in May 2019, Bendjima made his first appearance in the lawsuit and reached a deal with the man suing him to vacate a default that had been entered against him in the case, which was the first step to obtaining a default judgment.

Bendjima claimed that despite the man claiming to have served him with the lawsuit, he never received the papers.

As a result, he had 30 days to file his answer to the case.

The case is ongoing.
