Yandy Smith-Harris (born March 21, 1982 in Harlem, New York) was a music entrepreneur and manager, as well as a star in the VH-1 show Love and Hip Hop.

Yandy officially worked with LL Cool J, 50 Cent, Missy Elliott, and Busta Rhymes during her time at Violator Management. She now manages the lifestyle brand Everything Girls Love and also is an agent for rapper Bianca Bonnie. As of July 2014, her net worth is estimated to be over $15 million.

She is married to fellow L&HH star Mendeecees Harris, with whom she has two children names Omere and Skylar. Mendeecees was sentenced on December 1 2015 to 97 months in jail for drug trafficking.
