Xavier Eaglin is a Freshman on the Cornell University men's basketball team.
In March 2016, Xavier was accused of raping a female student in February in Balch Hall, a first year dormitory.
Police say Eaglin raped the student in her dorm despite repeated verbal denial of consent.
He is also accused of obstructing her breathing by holding his hand over her mouth and choking her by the neck to muffle her screams to stop.
He was arrested on these charges in March 2016.

Eaglin hails from Raywood, Texas, and attended Dayton High School.
He was also accepted to Yale University.
