Woody McClain (born May 14, 1989) is an American Actor, Dancer, and Comedian from Charleston, South Carolina. He his popular for portraying pop singer, actor and dancer Bobby Brown, in BET’s 2017 miniseries 'The New Edition Story'. ^[1]

He was born on May 14, 1989 in Charleston, South Carolina. He grew up with his parents in Jacksonville, Florida, Florida where he was raised alongside with his sister.

He enrolled into Florida A&M University in 2008, but moved to Los Angeles in 2012 before completing his major.

He started out as a professional dancer in 2012 when he moved from Florida to Los Angeles.
