He was raised in small town New York and is a first generation college student.
Ballinger graduated from Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School. His parents are Alexandra and Doug Ballinger; Doug is the owner of Webster Hall, the biggest night club in New York, New York.
Allegations
In February 2016 Ballinger was arrested on charges of rape and sexual assault on a female student.
