In February 2019, Brown was charged with child abuse after allegedly being caught on security video throwing a three-year-old girl across the room and into a cabinet.

The girl had to get seven stitches on her head.

A felony warrant was issued for Brown's arrest after the incident on February 1, 2019.

Brown's co-worker, Ariana Silver, was also charged with felony child abuse stemming from a February 4, 2019 incident.
