William Scott is a 16 year old student/athlete at South Fort Myers High School. Scott is a junior running back who played for Bishop Verot High School for two years before enrolling at South Fort Myers.

On May 27, 2016 Scott was arrested on charges of cruelty towards a child, allowing a child to engage in a sexual act, and possession of obscene material.

Scott's arrest is the first in the South Fort Myers High School Bathroom Sex Video Scandal. According to authorities, Scott filmed the video of Jessica Whitehorse that later surfaced on social media applications Twitter and Snapchat. ^[1]
