William Luth is a resident of Blue Springs, Missouri ^[1].

On October 12, 2016, Brady Newman-Caddell ^[1]and William Luth were arrested and charged with the kidnapping and rape of a Female sheriff's deputy that occurred in Johnson County, Kansas.

The Rape occurred on October 6, 2016, the pair followed the woman, who is a deputy sheriff and in her early 20s, from a QuikTrip market at E. Santa Fe and South Ridgeview to the county jail parking lot at 101 N. Kansas Avenue in Olathe, Kansas and then kidnapped her about 11.30pm.

She was released around 1:15a.m.  

Investigators believe the Rape was planned, and that the Female did not them.

The pair are facing charges of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of Rape each and aggravated Sodomy.
