William Hoehn is a resident of Fargo, North Dakota. ^[0]He has also lived in Moorhead, MN. ^[5]

In 2012, William plead guilty to child neglect/abuse.

On August 24th, police executed a search warrant in 2825 9th St. N. apartment #5, Hoehn's and Brooke Crews' residence, in the same apartment complex where Savanna Lafontaine-Greywind lived and vanished. When police entered their apartment, Brooke was present and a newborn baby was found. The baby was immediatley sent to the hospital and Crews and Hoehn were detained. After their interviews, Hoehn and Crews were charged with class A Felony Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping. ^[3]

On the evening of August 27th at 8:20 pm, search crews discovered Savanna's body near Red River in Minnesota. ^[-1]Minnesota does have the death penalty in their state.
