20-year-old Nolan Bruder pressured his sister into consuming marijuana dabs and then raped her, was sentenced by Follet to 240 days in prison and probation.

The judge noted the victim took her own clothes off and was not unconscious.

His reasoning was the stigma of being a sex offender was too harsh to put on Bruder for his crime.

Nathan also questioned whether there was sufficient evidence on which a jury could convict the man, despite him having given a videotaped confession.

A petition was started to remove Judge Follet from his judicial seat.
