Whitney Jones

Whitney Jones (age 43 years) is a wife, mother of two boy’s, owner of Pro Physiques gym, personal trainer and IFBB Fitness Pro. ^[1] Her career peaked in 2018, after winning the Bodybuilding’s two top titles – 2018 Arnold Classic and Ms. Fitness Olympia.

Early Life

Growing up with two older brothers, she developed a love for sports and began competing in gymnastics, dance, Cheerleading and track and field through high school and danced through college at Arizona State University.

Working out and eating healthy was always a huge part of her life but she also shared her knowledge with family and friends.

Planning meals and workout programs began as a hobby and now has become a career.

Career

Jones knew the basics of eating right and exercising but was intrigued to learn more.

She worked hard to become certified as an National Academy for Sport and Medicine personal trainer.

Jones partnered with International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness Figure Pro Felicia Romero and together opened Pro Physiques gym in Arizona.

As a fitness competitor Jones’ first competition was in the summer of 2010 as an amateur at the local Arizona show.

She moved up the ranks quickly and earned her pro card a year later at the Team Universe National Fitness Championships.

As a Pro, Jones has consistently placed in the top 5 and currently holds the sports top two titles.

She invested many months into becoming a certified personal trainer.

After earning her certification, Whitney partnered with her friend and figure competitor, Felicia Romero, and the two opened a gym in Arizona.

Fitness Competitions

As a fitness athlete, Whitney’s first show came in the early summer of 2010 at a local event in Arizona. It didn’t take her long to prove her potential as she started winning show after show.

By 2011, Whitney won her Pro Card, after claiming the 1st place at the Team Universe National Championships.

In her Pro career, Whitney has regularly placed in the top 3 and now holds the title of a 2018 Arnold Classic and Ms. Olympia (Fitness) champion.

Trivia

Whitney loves Snowboarding, skydiving, and watching comedy shows. Although she works hard, Whitney tries to relax and enjoy some of these activities whenever she has the opportunity. This charges her batteries and keeps her motivated to tackle new challenges.
