He left his daughter outside on October 7, 2017, at 3:00 a.m. as punishment for not drinking her milk.
Her body was found in a culvert around 11:00 a.m. local time in the area of E. Spring Valley Rd.
and S. Bowser Rd.
The area has been blocked off as a crime scene.
He was released from jail after posting bond and was required to wear an electronic monitoring device and surrender his passport.
No additional charges have been filed.
