Wendy worked as an Analyst from Goldman Sachs on the private equity group investment team for two years. In 2013, she came an Associate at Centerbridge Partners. [0]In 2014, she was a Research Consultant at The Wharton School where she designed employee motivation tools for organizations using organizational behavior concepts. [0]As the Lead Behavioral Strategist at Irrational Labs, she designed the user and employee experiences using behavioral economic theories. [0]In November 2014, Wendy became co-founder and Head of Research at the Common Cents Lab, an organization that uses social science to create interventions that help low and middle income households make better financial decisions. [0]

Personal Life

Wendy is the daughter of Martha A. Felipe of the Bronx and Johnny R. De La Rosa Hiciano of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
