Vusi Thanda (born on 12 September 1963) is a veteran South African actor, best known for his role in the SABC 1 Sitcom Emzini Wezinsizwa as Tshawe.

Vusi Thanda is of a Xhosa background, he was born in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, he has a nephew that he took care of until he went to College Ayanda Goodman Mbatha. Who suffered from a crooked back.

Vusi Thanda was nominated in the Wall of Fame in 2017.

He is currently starring as the charismatic and funny uncle of Goodness Mabuza, Mzwoxolo on Mzansi Magic's The Queen (South African TV series).^[1]
