Vladimir M. Fomenko is a Russian Hacker known for being the owner of King Servers. [5] He is known for being associated in the Democratic National Committee cyber attacks where he admitted that his aforementioned company contains a list 60 IP addresses coming from "hackers". [2]

Fomenko was born and raised in Russia and currently lives in Biysk. [0]

Fomenko has stated that copies of the server log files and correspondence is ready to be provided to interested parties such as law enforcement agencies or media, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation. [6]He has also stated that any such thing as "Russian hackers" cannot be found in his log as the IP addresses in the data are not within any Russian IP. The attackers were logging into administrative control panel from Scandinavian countries such as Norway and Sweden- some from the European Union headquarters near Italy. [2]

The servers from Fomenko's company retained all the information and is willing to share them with the appropriate party in accordance with the law.

They have stated that it is the company’s duty to bring this information to the public and individually thanks the press-service of ChronoPay.com, a company who kindly agreed to assist in this matter.
