Vitor Prado is an Entrepreneur, Lawyer and Investor, and founded Prado Capital Group, a venture capital & private equity group based in New York and London. Prado Capital Group is built on an innovative approach of investing in global entities from startups to Fortune 500 companies, financing on a project by project basis, connecting our group, investors and startups via a proprietary online platform. Before establishing Prado Capital Group, Mr. Prado was an investment professional at Cavi Investment Management in São Paulo, where he was involved in the evaluation and execution of private equity transactions in Real Estate, Oil and Gas across LATAM. Mr. Prado is a former corporate finance professional from PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Prado was instrumental in bringing the NGO “TECHO” from Chile to Brazil to oversee construction of emergency housing and social empowerment programs for the benefit of over 78,000 families with more than 400,000 volunteers deployed in 19 countries across Latin America. Mr. Prado is now raising capital and working to bring more visibility to “TECHO” in the United States and Europe. Mr. Prado received two BA degrees from Direito Puc-Campinas and ESPM Management & Business School in Brazil. He also received an LLM in International Tax Law from King's College London in 2015 and Master in Finance from Harvard University in 2016. Mr. Prado is an active athlete and avid traveler, having run three full marathons (Rio de Janeiro, Madrid and London) completed two triathlons, and enjoys skydiving, hang gliding and solo flights; he has also travelled to 48 countries.
