Allegations
On October 26, 2016, Kane was arrested on felony child pornography charges and invasion of privacy charges. Kane allegedly planted cellphone cameras in public restrooms, including the campus of Villanova University, Cardinal O'Hara High School, and a CVS Pharmacy where he worked to secretly take upskirt photos and videos of women as young as 12.
Kane admitted in a taped statement placing the phones in the bathroom and told detectives that he had masturbated to the illicit videos.
