Vili (Povratak otpisanih)
Plot
In the cold opening Badža, young boy from Moljac's gang (in previous episode) comes to the market and switches two boxes containing cabbage. He is followed by young German feldwebel to the grocery store owned by Mita. He asks for cabbage, and when he is offered cabbage, he point to another box, opens it and finds two Walther P38 pistols. He than puts his own Luger P08 into the box and in broken Serbian says he wants contact to bring him to the Partisans.
Prle, Tihi, Joca and Mrki receive the news about potential defector and discuss it in Marija's apartment.
Prle and Tihi agree to check him out.
When they meet him, he explains that he became convinced that Adolf Hitler would bring nothing but harm to his people. When asked how he is going to live in post-war Germany as a deserter and traitor, he explains that he wants to live in Serbia, because he has fallen in love in local Serbian girl.
General von Friedrichs is named as the new commander of Wehrmacht forces in Serbia and he helds a conference with his officers.
Feldwebel, whose name is Willy, is revealed to be a signal unit member in charge of military communications. He carefully listens to the General and later visits his luxurious suite where General lives with his mistress. General wants different phone lines installed to provide direct contact with commands of infantry, artillery and Luftwaffe units. General before that meets with Gestapo Colonel Müller and explains his plans to entrap and destroy Red Army and Partisans units in the upcoming battle for Belgrade.
Serbian girl with whom Willy is in love is revealed to be Ana, daughter of Toza, decorated World War I veteran who can't stand that she dates member of despised enemy occupation force. Ana is also subject of gossip among Toza's neighbours. Willy decides to win his future father-in-law by confessing his defection and telling that Ana would join him when he goes to Partisans. It works and Toza's demeanour towards German NCO changes completely.
Toza later goes to a pub where his friends scold him for his daughter dating the enemy.
Toza responds by blurting out news about Willy's defection.
Unbeknownst to him, the conversation was heard by Special Police agent Isa who immediately reports it to his boss Krsta Mišić.
When Isa suggests that Toza, Ana and Willy get arrested, Mišić says that he would instead inform Gestapo and Major Krieger, delighted with opportunity to gloat over his de facto boss being humiliated by defection of his own.
This pause allows Willy to help sabotage German plans to blow up Belgrade's phone exchange during upcoming retreat.
Joca is brought to phone exchange to assisst him under a guise of local Serbian worker.
Joca manages to cut phone lines which were set to trigger explosions.
Marija, who works in Special Police, hears Mišić gloating about German's defection, and takes extraordinary measure to phone Prle at her apartment.
He gives coded message warning them about upcoming Gestapo raid on Toza's house.
Prle runs to the place where Willy is supposed to drop Joca from his motorcycle, but comes too late.
Toza sees Gestapo men waiting outside and decides to go out and get arrested, thus warning his daughter, who is told to use back yard and run for her life.
At first she does so, but in the last moment, she decides to return to the house in order to warn Willy.
Gestapo agents open fire and hit her.
Willy runs towards her and desperately tries to get her to safety, only to get hit by pistol fire himself; two lovers die in each others' arms.
