Victoria Shannon-Worthington was an American school teacher residing in Baltimore, Maryland. ^[1]

Life & Activities

Shannon-Worthington was a fourth-grade teacher at Baltimore International Academy Elementary/Middle School.

Worthington attended Johns Hopkins University from June 2015 to May 2016, receiving a Master's of Art in Teaching.

She was married to Peter Worthington.

Death

On December 24, 2017, a Cessna 340 twin-engine plane in which Victoria was one of 5 passengers, crashed shortly after takeoff at the Bartow Municipal Airport in Bartow, Florida. ^[1]

The plane was fully engulfed in flames after the crash.

Heavy fog was reported at the time.
