Victor Martinez-Herrera

Victor Martinez-Herrera is a 18 year old American suspect criminal from Reading, Pennsylvania.

On March 7, 2016 he was apprehended and arrested for trying to rob a cabbie, Ralph Valletta. Victor pointed a Ruger pellet gun at the cab driver and demanded his money.

While the robbery was taking place, a Sheriff's Deputy, Terry Ely was behind the suspect and the cab driver.

The Deputy apprehended Victor.

He faces charges of robbery, terroristic threats and a weapons offense.
