Early Life

He grew up as an only child in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in personal training, which ultimately led him to the path of acting.
Lepley played football in high school.
In June 2003, he suffered an injury which nearly ended his football career and later underwent surgery.

Football Scholarship
He attended Kutztown University on a football scholarship.
Lepley played football for the university until the fall of 2007 when he and another player were suspended for attacking a man and breaking his jaw.
He went on to graduate from Kutztown in 2010 with a degree in criminal justice.
Lepley found work as a personal trainer at Iron Fitness Gym in Santa Mónica, California.

He was spotted and approached by a producer who loved his look and personality, and thought he could be right for a role in an upcoming film.
Tyler auditioned for the part and booked his first role in an independent feature.
After that, his passion for acting began to flourish.
He knew he had found his calling and began to cultivate and hone his craft.
He is currently starring on the hit series "The Haves and Have Nots" created by Tyler Perry on OWN and has appeared in movies such as the film Baggage Claim with Taye Diggs, Paula Patton, Tia Mowry, and Derek Luke. [1] He was on Conversations LIVE! with Cyrus Webb in 2014.
Amazon Comedy Series
In early 2016, Lepley booked the lead role of Jaxon in the 2016 made-for-television film, produced by Swirl Films Ringside, directed by Russ Parr.
His costars included Everybody Hates Chris actor Tequan Richmond and R&B singer Sevyn Streeter.
In 2019, Lepley was cast a series regular in the Starz drama, P-Valley.
In 2020, he was cast in the Untitled Tracy Oliver Amazon comedy series.[11] He is also a recording artist. His music is available on Youtube.
