Tyler Deville was a 22-year-old from Deville, Louisiana.
Life and Activities
Deville attended Buckeye High School and was a member of his school's football team. [3]He graduated high school in 2014. In his free time, Deville enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends. He is remembered for his kindness, being full of life, and for having a huge heart for others.

On March 25th, Deville and his friend Taylor Basco were passengers in a GMC pickup truck driven by Tim Darnell. A Ford pickup truck driven by Jonathan Hooper was driving northbound on LA Hwy 107 and lost control of the vehicle and crossed the center line into the southbound lane. When Darnell saw the Ford lose control, he steered into the northbound lane to avoid him only to crash head-on on the northbound shoulder into the Ford when the Ford overcorrected. [4]
Darnell received moderate injuries while Hooper suffered minor injuries.
Basco was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deville was taken to a local area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
No one was wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
