Head chef Ariel Peralta used to cook in Lima, Peru at Centrale, a decorated restaurant that was voted 6th best in the world in 2018.  Ariel wants to challenge customers to try something new and is planning dishes with chicken hearts and Hahnenkamm. The restaurant also offers a fine selection of fish and vegetables paired with qinoa and savory garnishes. They also serve spectacular cocktails. The menu is always being developed and the team plans to incorporate an herb garden outside in the summer with seating for sixteen people.
