Tulio Rocha (born March 2, 1997) is a YouTube Star; he is known along with his twin brother Gustavo Rocha on the YouTube channel called Brothers Rocha. They gained their popularity on the now inactive social media app, Vine.^[2]

Tulio Rocha born as Brian Davis was born on March 2, 1997 in a small town in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil along with his twin brother, Gustavo Rocha. His parents’ names are not known.^[2]

He has a younger sister named Thamires Rocha. He grew up and lived in England with his family. Growing up, he has always had a deep interest for dancing and he was very talented at it. ^[3]

There is no information about his education or background but he is a high school graduate, he graduated from a high school located in England.

He then went on to attend the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. ^[2]

He began his online career when his brother brought up the idea of them uploading their dancing videos, from then on, they collaborated and created a Vine account, where they were known for their dance videos, comedic skits and lots of other entertaining videos.^[2]

They gained over a million followers and fame before the app was shut down.
