Trystan Chance (born November 11, 2014) is a toddler from Seminole, Florida. ^[undefined]

Trystan is solely raised by his mother, Rachel Ritter since she doesn't know his biological grandparents and his adoptive grandparents have passed away.

Trystan's father was abusive, the abuse caused Rachel to have medical problems.

Trystan suffers from seven different medical conditions, and his mother provides full time care for him.

Since being born he has had to have three surgeries.

He regularly sees five doctors to monitor his health.

To help support Trystan, Rachel, his mother started a Facebook page called Team Trystan Chance. ^[undefined]

To help pay for Trystan's medical expenses and support herself she started a Go Fund Me called A Chance for Trystan #villageofhope. She also started a PayPal account. ^{[1] [undefined]}

Since birth, Trystan has suffered from Laryngomalacia, a congenital airway defect which causes him to stop breathing. The disorder caused him to have Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Pulmonary aspiration. ^[1]

He also suffers from Arnold–Chiari malformation, Dysphagia, Cyanosis, and Sleep apnea. ^[undefined]
