When a publisher or journal installs TrendMD to their site, a widget appears below the article.

This widget has two sections:

1. The orange section shows links to your own content.

Ultimately, this recirculates traffic from within a journal when people browse its website.

TrendMD's system customizes and curates these recommendations based on what they research

2. The blue section includes articles from third-party sites.

Once you install the widget, a journal's content can potentially appear on third-party sites.

These feature articles can get readers back into that journal's network.

This section appears on every website that installs the TrendMD widget, and journals earn and losetraffic creditsbased on a credit system.

TrendMD's Credit System:

Every time TrendMD shows a third-party article on your website, your traffic credit balance goes up by 1 point.

If a reader moves to another website via third-party link, the latter journal's credit balance goes down by 1.

Several journals are paying publishers, which means they pay TrendMD for traffic credits.

Those traffic credits allows you to promote your content easier.
