Subway Assault

On September 15th, 2016, around 8:50 a.m., a disruption occurred and someone yelled "fire!" and the conductor inside the booth attempted to exit as Davis leaned against the door when it opened.

As the door opened and pulled out of the Delancey Street-Essex station, he fell inward on the Manhattan J Train and confronted the conductor, Kiyya Rivera.

Davis pushed Rivera, and then she stopped the train and fell to the ground.

Rivera was taken to an area hospital.
