In Million Dollar Listing season 11 premiere, Tracy confessed that the hardest part of the divorce is not getting enough time with her kids.[20]
“It’s been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don’t see my girls every day because we share custody,” she said, adding, “When I don’t have my kids, I try to focus much more on work and friends.
And when my kids are with me, I’m laser-focused on them.”[20]
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tracy and her ex-husband Jason will share joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters, Juliet and Scarlett.
Both parents agreed not to be impaired by drugs or alcohol during their custody time.
Neither will be paid child or spousal support, per the terms of their prenuptial agreement, which they signed prior to their marriage in 2004.
As part of the settlement, Tracy agreed that neither party will allow their kids to appear on any episodes of Million Dollar Listing. The settlement states that Tracy will pay for all of their daughter’s horse riding/equestrian-related expenses and for nanny expenses. Tracy will be awarded the $18 million Los Angeles mansion, her Cadillac Escalade and Range Rover.[19]
In June 2020, Tutor introduced viewers to her latest property in a new episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. It was her own 'forever home' in Brentwood, Los Angeles that she listed for a whopping $23.9 million last year, following her split from husband Jason Maltas. Tracy gave a peak into the seven bedroom, 10 bathroom property, which sprawls 10,877 sq ft, in a preview for the Bravo show. Designed by acclaimed architect Steve Giannetti the residence also boasts a detached guesthouse with a full bedroom suite on the nearly one-acre flat lot. 'All my light fixtures are shipped in from Europe or different showrooms and vintage lighting stores in New York City' Tracy said in the clip. She also revealed they turned the office into a billiard room and that she kept the 'Brunswick anniversary edition pool table' even though 'Jason wanted it'. Tracy is seen briefing her Douglas Elliman team about the home and how much she wants to sell it for. 'I'd like to have it escrow in 45 days' she told them.[21]
She recalled when she bought the home in 2009 for $13.5 million with her then husband.
'Despite the instability of the market in 2009, this house was a one-off, ' she said.
'I knew I wasn't going to get a great deal on it but I thought it was going to be my forever house - and so did Jason - and that's why we felt good about paying the price we did.'[21]
On June 23 episode of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Tracy opened up about her choice to sell the place she called home for more than a decade. She said:
"I've officially decided to sell my house because, candidly, I'm ready for a new chapter.
My divorce is finalized and Jason and I share custody, so I only have the girls 50 percent of the time.
We all need a fresh start, so I'm looking forward to this new adventure and I think the kids are too."[32]
In an earlier video that Bravo shared in May 2020, Tracy explained some of the design details of the home which she said was perfect for entertaining.
She also gave a peak into her large walk-in closet, her bar-lounge area decorated with vivid jewel tones and her dramatic dining room with black walls.

'So we've just been in this bubble for the last several months... we're really enjoying it.' Tutor said the couple was 'asymptomatic,' meaning that they showed no signs of being affected by a coronavirus.
'I just remember not feeling well, and I thought I was just run down.' However tests were not widely available at that point, and Tracy admitted she 'felt better by day four'.
When she and Erik later took an antibody test, they showed 'eight of the eight' antibodies, suggesting both had contracted the virus at some point.
However, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 'these tests are not 100% accurate'.[33]

My girls put this book launch surprise together for me with my nieces. All of them are little powerhouses in the making," she wrote. "Thank you [Juliet and Scarlett] for being the two greatest achievements in my life and [Erik Anderson] for pulling off me not figuring it out." [37]
