Tori Vance, (born July 14, 1993) is an American Beauty pageant titleholder from Ahwatukee, Arizona who was named Miss Arizona Teen USA 2010.

Vance won the title of Miss Arizona Teen USA on November 14, 2009, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Whitney Nelson.

She later competed at Miss Teen USA 2010, but did not place at the pageant.

On May 5, 2012, Vance was arrested by Los Angeles police and charged with Driving under the influence after being stopped for after making an illegal U-turn in Hollywood.

After failing a roadside field sobriety test, she was arrested for DUI and recorded a blood alcohol content above the legal limit of.08.

Vance later reached a plea deal by which the DUI charge was dropped in exchange for her agreeing to plead no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving.

She avoided jail time and received 3 years probation instead.
