Tony Clyde Reed is a resident from Washington state.
Allegations
On April 18, 2016, a nationwide search began for Tony and his brother John Reed as suspects in the killing of Patrick Shunn and Monique Patenaude.
There is surveillance video of John and Tony disposing of the couple's vehicle.
John was involved in a property dispute with the missing couple.
Detectives have confirmed that the Reed brothers are in possession of a red 2007 Volkswagen EOS Coupes, Washington plates AXH5106, a vehicle that belongs to their parents.
Tony has convictions for assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and theft.
The men are both convicted felons and considered “armed and dangerous".
Evidence
A search of John Reed's former property turned up potential evidence, including a number of guns.
Detectives also found dried blood in the bathtub and on several pieces of clothing inside Reed’s former home.
Detectives found the victims’ Jeep and Land Rover down an embankment.
Police say it’s evident that someone either drove or pushed the vehicles off the edge and down an embankment to try to hide the vehicles from view.
They also found blood inside a vehicle, along with a number of items including a bag, rubber gloves, tarp and towels.
