Underage Girl Rape
On September 9, 2016, Willis was taken into custody and charged with one count of rape of a child.
He is being held without bail.
He had been arrested on a warrant in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky for an ongoing rape investigation out of Tennessee.
Over the course of a police investigation, they discovered that Willis had a sexual encounter with an underage girl in 2004.
Willis is being held in a Greenville, Kentucky jail without bond.
