Olin was the ex-boyfriend of Rachel Duncan.

On Monday March 26, 2017, Olin shot and killed Duncan at her job.

The shooting occurred just after 4:00 p.m. at the Jo-Ann Fabrics store on the 3700 block of West Saginaw St. ^[1]

She was shot several times with a semi-automatic handgun after being confronted by Olin at the front counter of the store.
