Timothy Batts is a resident of Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Allegations

On August 8, 2016 Batts' fatally shot his daughter, Timea Batts after she came home from her first day of middle school in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

He was arrested on charges of reckless homicide, tampering with evidence, false reporting and possessing a firearm as a felon.

Previous Arrests

In 2012, Batts was charged with attempted criminal homicide for allegedly shooting a driver in Nashville, Tennessee.
