Tim Chang is an American venture capitalist and experienced technology executive based in Menlo Park, California.

He is a partner at the Mayfield Fund.

Chang graduated from the University of Michigan with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in electrical engineering.

In 2001, he graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business with a master's degree in business administration.

His venture capital experience includes leading investments at Norwest Venture Partners and Gabriel Venture Partners.
