The Wolf (song) is the second song and the first single off of SIAMÉS' debut album Bounce into the Music.^[1] The song was released along with the rest of the album on August 2, 2016, before receiving a music video in 2017 and a remix EP in 2018. ^[1][2][3]

On April 21, 2017, SIAMÉS released a music video for "The Wolf" on their YouTube channel.^[2] The music video was animated by RUDO Co., an animation studio SIAMÉS would later work with on "Mr. Fear" and "Summer Nights".^[4][5] The music video has received 89 million views since its release.^[2] The video later saw a release on iTunes on November 30, 2018. ^[6]

On April 21, 2018, a year after the release of the music video for "The Wolf", SIAMÉS uploaded three remixes of the track onto their YouTube channel.^[7][8][9] The remixes saw a release on streaming platforms on June 8 later that year.^[10][3] The band named the remix EP Dancing with the Moonlight (The Wolf Remixes) after a lyric from the first verse of the song; however, on iTunes, the EP is simply titled The Wolf (Remixes). ^[3]
