The Medler Law Firm is a law firm run by John and Tammy Medler. Together they bring over 50 years of combined experience to their practice.
John Medler and Tammy Medler operate The Medler Law Firm together. They specialize in personal injury and death caused by malpractice or negligence. They do not charge a fee unless they win the case.
John Medler is a graduate of Brown University with numerous accolades for his work. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum (which means that he's won cases that amount to more than a couple million dollars), he's a recipient of the Milton F. Napier Trial Prize, the Lewis Powell Jr. Trial Award, and the Golden Quill Legal Writing Award. John even received the SBC Vail Award and the Humanitarian Lifesaver Award from the American Red Cross and KSDK Channel 5 after saving a co-worker’s life who had a heart attack in the office. John has a perfect score of 10.0 on Avvo, a website that provides independent ratings of lawyers in different fields. John is the former General Attorney for SBC Communications and AT&T, where he handled complex personal injury, wrongful death, and class action cases.
Tammy Medler is a graduate of Washington University and a recipient of the International Trial Lawyers Award and the Golden Quill award for excellence in brief writing. After working at a large defense firm for the first nine years of her career, Tammy quickly grew tired of representing large corporations and found her calling in more humble work. She handles complex litigation matters, including medical malpractice cases, catastrophic injury cases, death cases, workplace accidents, automobile accidents, and other injurious circumstances. She's even practiced handling legal recognitions for families adopting internationally.
On March 14 it was announced that The Medler Law firm, alongside Zimmerman Reed LLP, will be representing the plaintiffs in class-action lawsuit, Olsen v. Singer, N.D. Cal., No. 19-cv-01351.
