Vitamins with minerals are considered essential in the human body. We need vitamins to maintain a healthy body system. Vitamins performs several roles in the general well-being of the body. The provide faster healing of wounds, increase the immune system of the body also help in bone forming structure of the body.

There are 13 vitamins that the body needs to perform optimally. These includes Vitamins A, C, D, E, K which are fat soluble vitamins and the B vitamins: thiamine B1 , riboflavin B2, niacin B3, pantothenic acid B5, pyrocidine B6 , biotin B7, flotate B9 and cobalamin B12.

Our body needs the following vitamins daily for its best health. Vitamin D help us to take in calcium which is responsible for bone health. Magnesium is also essential for our good health. Others are flotate B9, zinc, iron and vitamin B12.[1]
