Thammanoune Si Kannalikham (better known as Tham Kannalikham) is an interior designer. She is the now interior designer of the White House for Donald Trump's administration.

She is Laotian. She grew up in Stockton, California.

She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

She worked with Ralph Lauren Home and for private clients at her own design firm: Kannalikham Designs.
