Career
Thabiso "TT" Tema started his radio broadcasting career in 1997 at SAfm as a sports presenter.
His career path took him to television in 1999 where he was a soccer commentator and was soon a presenter, script writer and voice artist.
In 2004 he joined Metro FM as a sport anchor and producer[1].
Then in April of 2008 he joined and was part of the launch team of South Africa's first and newly formed 24 hour news channel -eNCA- as a sports anchor.[1] In January 2009, TTjoined SuperSport channel as a presenter and commentator then in 2011, he joined Radio 2000.
In 2013, TT was also part of the team that helped launch Power FM - South Africa's first black owned talk radio station.
In 2016, he was appointed as the editor of Destiny Man[5]magazine.

TT won the SAB Journalist of the Year Award[3]twice, in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Personal Life
Thabiso "TT" was born in Atteridgeville, but his parents sent him to go live with his grandparents in Mafikeng.
He attended primary school and High school - Mmabatho High School - in Mafikeng[0].
TT's mother is the accomplished Dr. Botlhale Tema[5]- a scientist, author, educator, consultant and entrepreneur.
TT is married and met his wife when she was working at RSG radio - an Afrikaans radio station.
They have two daughters.
