On Sunday, December 31, 2017, officers responded to a welfare check at a residence in the 2600 block of Leslie Court in Round Rock and found Tonya Ellen Bates dead inside. [1]
Authorities issued an AMBER Alert for Lilianais Victoria Cake Griffith and Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Margaret in relation to the suspicious death. [1]
Miles is believed to be connected to their abduction and is a person of interest associated with the suspicious death.
He was last heard from in Round Rock.
On Wednesday, January 3, 2018, Miles was apprehended in Colorado.
