Terrill Thomas was a Mentally ill inmate who died in his prison cell of Dehydration at Milwaukee County Jail on April 24, 2016. ^[1]

On April 24, 2016, Thomas died in his cell at Milwaukee County Jail. He had died from Dehydration. In the days preceding his death, Thomas allegedly flooded his cell, and water in the cell was subsequently turned off. ^[1]

Thomas was not on his medication at the time of his death and was not given water.

On September 15, 2016, Thomas' death was ruled a Homicide.

In February of 2018, Nancy Evans was charged with felony misconduct in office and obstructing an officer in relation to Thomas' death.
