Taylor Muhl (born November 5, 1983) is a singer, songwriter, and body positivity advocate. She is known for being the first person to come out publicly in the entertainment business for having chimerism.
Early Life
Taylor Muhl was born in Hollywood. She was introduced to the fine arts at an early age. At 3 years old, she started taking dance classes. She was trained by choreographers who've worked with Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, and Britney Spears.
Career
Music
Taylor Muhl's background in dance landed her in a girl group, where she discovered her talent for singing. After the girl group parted, Taylor pursued a solo career as a singer/songwriter. She studied with mentor Lyrica Garrett of VH1
Since Taylor's music career began, she has worked with Randy Jackson from American Idol , Ron Fare from Geffen Records, Berry Gordy Jr. from Motown Records, and others.

Taylor Muhl on The Doctors
Taylor Muhl has chimerism, a rare genetic condition caused by the fusion of two zygotes in the womb from would-be fraternal twins. Due to her condition, Taylor has a straight line that runs down the center of her torso, dividing two different colors of skin pigmentation. The second color pigmentation from her twin's genetic makeup is linked to autoimmune deficiencies, as a result of the the two sets of genetics clashing.
Taylor first came out publicly about her condition on The Doctors in 2017. Since then, she has been spreading awareness on her condition. In addition, she advocates for the benefits she has gained by approaching her autoimmune condition with holistic medicine.
Personal Life
Taylor Muhl is the granddaughter of Hollywood film producer Edward Muhl, the former Head of Universal Pictures for more than 30 years; he oversaw movies such as Psycho, The Birds, and To Kill a Mockingbird.
