Taylor Ashton Moseley is an American college student at East Carolina University. ^[1]

She is employed as a bartender at a bar in Surf City, North Carolina called JM's Place. ^[1]

On July 17, 2017, Moseley turned herself in to authorities after being investigated of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old male that occurred in May 2017. ^[1]

She met the teenager through a mutual friend where she works.

The teenager's mother became aware of the relationship and contacted Pender County Department of Social Services, who refered the case to police. ^[1]

Moseley was charged with indecent liberties with a child, statutory rape, and statutory sex offense with a child. ^[1]

She was placed under a $225,000 bond. ^[1]
