Allegations
On May 6, 2016 Harris was arrested in connection to the death of Joseph Micalizzi. Harris is suspected of killing Micalizzi
during a burglary at a fraternity house in at New Jersey Institute of Technology which occurred on May 2, 2016. [1]
Micalizzi was shot twice when he resisted.
Harris faces burglary, murder, and weapons charges.
