Tammy Hembrow is a Blogger, Fitness guru, and Instagram queen who has documented her body through pregnancy to inspire other mothers to take care of their bodies after giving birth. She has since earned more than 10 million followers. She has done sponsorships for Protein World and Teami Blends. ^{[10] [1]}

Tammy grew up in rural Australia surrounded by animals and nature before she decided it was time to experience life in the city. After travelling overseas and living in countries such as Malaysia, and Switzerland, she decided to move back to Australia a few years later. ^[1]

She has four sisters and two brothers who she's very close with, as well as a beautiful son and a new baby girl.

She has a passion for food, traveling, fashion, make-up, and all things fitness. ^[2]

Hembrow is half Australian and half Trinidadian. After giving birth to her son whom she documented during her pregnancy on Instagram, she named him Wolf. ^[10]
