Tabatha Romaker attended L. D. Bell High School and was the president of the choir at the school. She was well known as a talented singer and a great leader for the choir. She was also known as a great fried, daughter, and leader who was full of kindness. She also worked as a sales associate at Old Navy. [1]
Death
On March 5, 2017 died after being a passenger in car crash the previous day on.
Police say the vehicle carrying Tabatha Romaker possibly hydroplaned as the driver attempted to change lanes in the 1100 block of Interstate 20 near Collins Street. The car came to a rest sideways in the lane closest to the median and was struck by an eastbound vehicle around 9:45 p.m. A 17-year-old male who was driving the vehicle was taken to a local hospital. The fatal wreck occurred about 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the eastbound lanes of the 900 block of Interstate 20.Romaker was in a vehicle driven by a 17-yeart-old male, police said. The two were eastbound when the driver lost control, possibly because of wet roads, police said.βThe vehicle they were in came to a stop sideways,β Lt. Christopher Cook said Sunday morning. βA second car traveling east struck the car and caused severe damage to the vehicle.β
