Donna "Sugar" Rautbord (born December 1, 1947) [9]is an American author, consultant, civic organizer, and philanthropist based in Chicago.
Donna is credited with 3 best selling novels namely Girls In High Places 1987, Sweet Revenge 1991 and The Chameleon 1999.
She is author of a high repute.
Education
Rautbord graduated from the Faulkner School for Girls.
She attended Sarah Lawrence College and earned a degree in Art history and Journalism.

For 26 years, Rautbord was a nationally recognized fundraiser for the Republican National Committee.
She runs her own public relations firm and has done work for The Trump Organization, Target, Vanity Fair, and more.
She is a a partner at the Merchant Bank and Consulting Firm Allen & Associates and President of the High-End Art Collection Firm, Gentry Partners.

Rautbord has known Donald Trump since the 1980's and has close relationship with him and his family.
