Stuart A. Weitzman ( born 1941) is an American shoe and sandal Designer, young entrepreneur, and founder of the shoe company of Stuart Weitzman. He also famoua for making Design footwear for Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. In 2014, they paid a world record $9.48 Million for the British Guiana 1c Magenta Stamp. it is known for designing high-end shoes that are Handmade at factories in the south of Spain.^[13]

They are distributed through a variety of Channel s that includes 15 Weitzman stores and a host of department stores, including Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. Stuart A. Weitzman (wife, Jane Weitzman) is the designer of the internationally famous, high-end shoe company, Stuart Weitzman Inc. ^[11][12] The eponymous Company that Weitzman founded has changed hands a number of times. Jones Apparel Group purchased a majority stake in the Company in 2010 and it was later bought the remaining 45 percent of shares retained by Weitzman in 2012. In January 2015, Sycamore Partners LLC (the private equity fund that owns Jones Apparel Group) agreed to sell the company to Coach the luxury Fashion house for $574M. As part of the deal, Weitzman stayed on as a shoe designer for the company.
