Steven S. Sadleir holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Menlo College and an M.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, as a Rotary Scholar.

He began his career working as an Economist for the United States government at the prestigious East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and then for Lloyds Bank in their Los Angeles office.

He then began working as an investment adviser to lending institutions, such as the Bank of America.
