On the evening of October 28th, Guzina struck Myron Jarrett with his van while the officer was trying to get into his vehicle.
Guzina and another woman, allegedly a Prostitute, fled the scene, but the authorities identified Guzina quickly by tracing back his van. He was arrested hours later and refused to take a breathalyzer test. He is currently in Custody. [1]
